- Create Bills of Lading and Shipping Labels.
- Obtain freight quotes.
- Run packing lists and coordinate paperwork.
- Create customs documentation for international shipping.
- Prepares bills of lading and tickets for shipments.
- Exemplifies a professional work demeanor upholding the Company Core Values.
- Interacts and works cross-functionally with others.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Shipping Clerk, and/or related position.
- Basic understanding of dock and warehouse procedures.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Computer literate, ability to use Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and AS400/Mac Pac.
